Booking & Cancellation Policy

Deposit: 20% at time of booking. Mastercard and Visa accepted, balance on arrival (cheques not accepted on arrival)

Cancellation: If a booking is cancelled more than 28 days prior to arrival, any full deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of 13.2%. If after arrival, a stay is reduced there will be no refund and guest is liable for the full amount of the original booking. If a booking is cancelled within 28 days of arrival there will be no refund of the deposit.
