Cancellation policy
If a booking is cancelled more than 28 days prior to the date of arrival there will be a refund of the deposit less an administration fee of 12% +GST of the total booking cost. If the booking is cancelled within 28 days of arrival there will be no refund of deposit. If a booking is reduced 14 days or less prior to arrival the full cost of the original booking is payable. If a stay is reduced after arrival there will be no refund.
