Bookings are NOT guaranteed until we recieve the deposit for your booking. This deposit is 20% of the total booking fee. We will deduct the 20% from your credit card details at the same time as we confirm your booking.

| Cancellation Policy: |
If a booking is cancelled more than 28 days prior to arrival, a refund of the deposit less 13.2% of the full cost of the accommodation booked will be given. If the booking is cancelled within 28 days of arrival there will be no refund. If a booking is reduced within 14 days of arrival the full cost of the original booking is payable. If a stay is shortened after arrival there will be no refund.
